Kathy is a Senior Partner for M&A services and North America. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, particularly business integration and migration of services.


She provides programme management and TSA support to our global clients.


Kathy has over 20 years’ experience in the telecoms and technology industry and excels in the programme management of migration projects, typically following a divestiture or acquisition. She is highly organised and focused, possessing excellent communication skills, and has extensive experience in managing and influencing all levels of stakeholders to deliver complex transformation programmes on time and to budget.


Kathy enjoys international travel, reading and listening to books and going to see live music.
