Cambridge MC has achieved Certified B Corporation status which acts as external validation of an approach to business we have held since the company was founded. We believe that commercial success and a positive impact on our team, our clients, our community, and the environment are not competing objectives.

Commercial success has never been treated as separate from our impact on our people, our clients, and the wider world.
What B Corp Certification
Means
B Corp certification is awarded through B Lab’s assessment and independent verification process. It means Cambridge MC has met defined standards of social, environmental, and governance performance.
Under B Lab’s strengthened 2026 standards, certified companies must meet independently verified requirements across seven impact areas, including climate action, environmental stewardship, human rights, fair work, and stakeholder governance. Certification is no longer a one-off accreditation: it now runs on a five-year cycle of ongoing improvement, commitment, and third-party oversight.
