Andy is an experienced sales and leadership professional with over 35 years of experience in the IT and communications sectors, including 25 years in senior management roles. His expertise spans managed network services, SaaS, outsourcing, and the development of scale-up businesses targeting global markets. 


Andy began his career with Ericsson in 1989, later holding senior positions at Nortel Networks, Colt, MCI Worldcom, Level 3 Communications, and RETN Capital, where he led multinational sales teams and achieved significant revenue growth. Notably, he has successfully built enterprise customer bases, managed major strategic accounts, and delivered large-scale network and service deals. 


In 2021, Andy established his own consultancy, focusing on market representation, advisory projects, and interim executive roles — including partnering with IT migration and blockchain security businesses. Andy’s extensive leadership background underpins his ability to drive commercial results across global technology markets.
