Erling Aronsveen

Erling represents Cambridge Management Consulting in the Nordic regions and is a specialist in physical digital infrastructure, including terrestrial and submarine fibre and data centres. With a rich background in engineering, procurement, and network infrastructure delivery, he brings extensive expertise to the telecommunications sector.

Beginning his career with the Lillehammer Winter Olympic Games in 1990, Erling has held significant roles, including Department Head at Atea Norway and Project Manager for Norway's Rural Broadband Initiative. He spent 19 years at Eidsiva, where he advanced from overseeing B2B and wholesale markets to serving as a Senior Advisor to Senior Management and the CEO. 

Additionally, Erling has contributed to the Norwegian Fibre Association and currently leads the development of the Celtic Norse submarine fibre-optic cable system.
