He has particular strengths in Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, Product and

Proposition Design and Business Transformation, enhanced by an MBA from Cambridge and training in project management, agile and finance.

Before joining Cambridge MC Rinat was working as an independent Management Consultant, where his key expertise was in Strategy, New Product Development and Product Digital Transformation, Fundraising and Corporate Governance.

In addition to his Board and Consulting roles Rinat is actively mentoring start-ups across a range of Business Schools and Accelerators, such as Startupbootcamp Amsterdam and Dubai, F10 Singapore, Swiss Kickstart and some British business school programs like Cambridge Ignite and the School of Social Enterprises.

Rinat is a passionate advocate of financial inclusion, a father of twins and a keen international traveller.
