Serena is a highly experienced and successful executive who draws on a diverse

background in film and media production, entrepreneurship, and corporate project management. 


Beginning her career in film production, she contributed to acclaimed projects such as

the Academy Award-winning Searching for Sugarman and The Lost Thing, refining her expertise in

project management and strategic planning.


Driven by new challenges, Serena ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing a tour management company in 2014. With astute leadership and meticulous planning, she orchestrated the seamless execution of numerous successful tours, leaving an indelible mark on the entertainment industry.


Serena showcased her visionary thinking in 2018 by conceptualising and executing a Guinness World Record-breaking attempt for renowned recording artists Michael Ball & Alfie Boe.


When she is not working, Serena is an avid traveller who loves exploring new destinations and different cultures. Being the daughter of a chef means she is a huge food enthusiast, and she is devoted to her French Bulldog, called Daisy.
