Dave is a highly experienced Senior Consultant for Cambridge Management Consulting, specialising in executive search and selection. He manages both internal and external projects and tasks, finding and recruiting top-tier talent while also developing and introducing new services for the benefit of Cambridge MC's existing clientele.
Dave began his career in an agency environment, where he successfully acquired prestigious clients such as Telefonica. He then took an internal role at OpenBet, where he played a key part in establishing and managing the recruitment function.
In 2014, he joined a tech start-up specialising in Mobile Data Analytics and was instrumental in the expansion of services to include mobile data security. With Dave's help the company further evolved by developing an AI platform for endpoint security and offering Zero Trust Network Access solutions.
Dave was involved in establishing offices across Europe as well as the east coast of the USA during a period where the company experienced remarkable growth. In 2022 the company was successfully acquired, a testament to Dave's strategic vision and ability to scale an organisation in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.
His lifelong hobby is hockey, and he has represented Yorkshire and the North of England up to U18 level and is currently 1st XI captain for his local team, Thame Hockey Club. He is also a keen golfer and supports Manchester United.
