Vijay is an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Solution Architect who has delivered projects within financial services, professional services, manufacturing, public sector, and various charities. He spent two years specialising in design, delivery and governance of technical solutions using Dynamics Customer Engagement and has a further 13 years of experience delivering solutions in sales, customer service, field service and marketing work streams.
For the past 4 years Vijay has been working in an independent capacity with clients in varied industries in utilities, financial services, housing associations and professional services.
Outside of work, Vijay is an avid badminton player, playing twice or three times a week and is part of a local club team. Vijay supports the work of IAPF and Akashinga rangers.
