Cees leads our capability for Business Transformation and Human Capital Management (HCM).


He has led global HR Teams in EMEA, Asia, Latin America and the United States for more than 20 years. His recent career history has focused on business transformation and change management, frequently related to mergers and acquisitions. Cees demonstrates an outstanding ability to translate strategic vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability and growth. He is highly regarded for his ability to integrate teams and services across geographic areas.


His innovative solutions for transformation include the successful introduction of Variable Pay Systems; WorkDay implementation in Germany; use of the Ulrich model to identify skill gaps; and innovative use of reward systems to increase productivity.


Cees has been invited to coach and mentor both individuals and teams throughout his career. He is currently completing an accelerated MA in Business Coaching.


His interests include clay pigeon shooting, motorbikes, football and WW2 history.
